Lush engaged our team to transform their brand positioning into commercial advantage within the Australian and New Zealand beauty market. Following a strategic brand diagnosis and assessment, we developed a 12-month commercial roadmap designed to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand value metrics, and create sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive category.
